I am so thankful for you all here. anytime i am on facebook i see shit i cant stand. it is nothing but positivity here!
I do my squats everyday…I want my booty to be bangin. But anyway I don’t know if I am doing them properly. I feel my leg muscles working but I dont ever feel my but muscles working. Do you think my posture is off? Are you supposed to feel in in your butt or legs?

I am not feeling well so I took the day off work. I took a before picture for the fitbyjunechallenge I am doing and realized that since I took my last pic in December I gained 5 lbs. I need to stop drinking. That is where my problem lies I bet. I feel like I eat really good. then in the evenings it always goes over board.
Anyway I made it to the gym this morning and worked out for 20min on the stairstepper and did 10 minutes in the weight room. That counts for 30 min huh
Then I had coffe and peanutbutter chocolate oatmeal. orobable about 250 calories total.
Now to rest and hope my tumtum feel better soon.
